Save On Meats: Behind the Neon Sign (2009)

This short film was made in partnership with Building Opportunities with Business and with the great help of Al DesLauriers, the long-time owner of Save on Meats. It explores the historical significance of this business through lenses of social history, neighbourhood change, social sustainability, and food security.
